Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original Hedgren packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
